"Fintech Surge" is the largest fintech exhibition in the Middle East and North Africa region held in Dubai. Government officials, banks and financial institutions, startups, web3-related companies, and more gather from around the world, attracting attention as a venue for discussing and exhibiting next-generation financial and technological innovation.
In 2025, it will be held over 4 days from October 12 to 15 at Dubai Harbour, with exhibitions and sessions covering advanced domains including web3, CBDC, and AI integration with finance under the theme "Redefining Finance Through Technology."

"Japan Open Chain" has been promoting domestic and international demonstration and implementation aiming to be "blockchain infrastructure that can be used with confidence even in highly public domains such as government and finance." Through exhibiting at Fintech Surge following last year, we aim to expand international application possibilities through dialogue with global financial and governmental stakeholders. This year as well, we will exhibit within the "Metro Tokyo Pavilion" developed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, introducing Japan Open Chain's initiatives as an advanced case of local government-private partnership.
As the importance of blockchain as public infrastructure combining transparency, neutrality, and reliability increases globally, by attracting attention as an implementation case from Japan, we will connect to future international cooperation and technological collaboration.
